Refund policy

**Please contact vancouverpolo.merch.com to begin a return**

We accept items purchased at full price to be returned for a refund. To be eligible for refunds, items must be:

  • Dropped off at your local post office or our Vancouver Polo Club merchandise HQ location within 30 days from delivery/ pick-up
  • Unworn and undamaged in original condition *with tag still attached
  • Purchased at full price (only applies to sales - promo codes do not apply)
  • Not a final sale item

Please note: Shipping returns/exchanges are done so at the customer's expense. Customers must submit a refund request through our email to receive reimbursements for their return.

 

If you are outside of Canada

You are responsible for your return shipping fees. Vancouver Polo Club Merchandise will not accept any packages with custom fees so please make sure the return package will be processed by your country's postal service only as**“ Canadian goods returning back to Canada”** to avoid customs/duties charges.

In the event that a return arrives and customs/duties charges apply, we will subtract the total charges from the total amount being refunded. 

All international parcels processed incorrectly with a customs/duties may also be rejected and returned to you. Please indicate that the package is a return.
